Carrie’s War

Like many other touching stories in the World War, this one includes children being sent away from home for safety. Carrie and Nick Willow makes their first friend on the train station, waiting to be ’adopted’, Albert Sandwich. Albert is extremely smart, but tends to be overconfident. He soon disappears from sight for a period of time. After being adopted by a strictly religious Mr Evans and his younger sister Auntie Lou, the children quickly mature but are still unable to comprehend what is going on around them. Carrie and Nick venture out to the mysterious Druid’s Grove, where they find Albert, magically healed from his case of pneumonia in Hepzibah’s house. Many call her a witch for her superb healing powers, but to the children she is a wise friend.

Carrie and Nick has experienced many troubles, but they have never expected one as big as they are about to face. Will they be ready for it.?
